Six continuous years supporting a Founder across a global multi-entity organization spanning media, nonprofit, and digital platforms — built on a foundation most executive professionals do not have: a doctorate in Applied Mathematics.
I manage 20+ weekly meetings with zero conflicts across NA, EU, APAC, and Oceania; triage 15–20 international priority emails daily; and serve as the Founder's first-line escalation owner. I own board preparation cycles, liaise directly with outside counsel on legal review, and deliver structured financial reporting to the CFO.
Beyond operations, I built and launched Annie the Agent — a live AI booking product — and hold an active peer-reviewed research record. My Ph.D. training is not decorative; it shapes how I analyze, structure, and communicate at speed.
Introduces a constant-coefficient preconditioner for the Serre-Green-Naghdi (SGN) constraint operator with rigorous bounds on the preconditioned condition number — incorporating bathymetry effects in two dimensions, guaranteeing mesh-independent performance for Krylov methods, and developing two linearly implicit time integration strategies for dispersive shallow water wave equations.
A 24/7 AI booking agent I independently designed and built for home service businesses — plumbers, HVAC, salons, contractors. The system handles the full customer conversation: detecting emergencies, verifying service area by ZIP code, collecting customer info, and confirming appointments automatically — so owners never miss a job while on-site.
The current build is fully operational — live merchant dashboard, English/Chinese bilingual support, smart time-slot scheduling, and emergency-flagging logic. The product has a phased roadmap extending into AI phone answering, SMS notifications, Google Calendar sync, and multi-contractor management. Built end-to-end: conversation design, backend architecture, and deployment — reflecting the same operational systems thinking I bring to executive work.
